About Lisa Kozaris
As Chief Officer, Lisa is accountable for the delivery of Allens innovation strategy and manages a large team of technologists, product developers, lawyers and project managers who provide specialised services to support our lawyers and clients and to deliver new digital products and solutions. She is also responsible for managing and overseeing the firm’s document review teams, paralegals and use of LPO’s.
Drawing on a her experience in law, legal technology, digital transformation and project management, Lisa works across the firm, legal profession and industry to drive innovation and efficiency in the practice of law and the delivery of legal services. She is passionate about creating real change that adds value and developing talent in emerging disciplines.
Lisa provides expert advice on managing large scale discovery, regulatory investigations and due diligence exercises, as well as the application of artificial intelligence, analytics and automation tools to the delivery of legal services. She consults with courts and regulators on the application of complex technologies and is a thought leader in the industry, regularly speaking at conferences and innovation forums across Australia.
