- Vingroup, Vinhomes and Vinfast – advising international investors and lenders on various investment and financing transactions relating to Vingroup and its subsidiaries.
- Masan - advising international lenders on their syndicated loan to Masan Group.
- Novaland – advising an international lender on the restructuring of its loan to Novaland.
- International Finance Corporation – on its subscription of convertible bonds and senior bonds issued by BaF (listed on the HOSE).
- International banks and lenders - BNPP Paribas, Credit Suisse, SeaTown, Varde, Avenue Capital – on their financing transactions in Vietnam.
- Bank of Ayudhya (BAY) – on its investment in SHB Finance Vietnam.
- CP Vietnam – on its strategic investment in Sao Ta (Fimex), a company listed on HOSE.
- Actis – on its strategic joint ventures with local partners to develop and operate industrial real estates in Vietnam.
