Experience
North East Link
Advised the Spark Consortium on the successful close of Australia's largest Public Private Partnership (PPP), North East Link.
Western Roads upgrade
Advised the Netflow Consortium on its preferred respondent nomination for the Victorian Government's $1.8 billion Western Roads upgrade. The project is the first road maintenance project to be delivered in Australia through an availability-payment-style public private partnership.
Melbourne Metro Tunnel
Advised the financiers to the Cross Yarra Partnership on the successful close of the Metro Tunnel Package and related packages of the $11 billion Melbourne Metro Project.
Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project – Stages 1 and 2
Advised Plenary Group and its GoldlinQ Consortium partners on all aspects of Stage 1 ($1.6 billion) and Stage 2 ($420m) of the Gold Coast Light Rail PPP project.
Casey Hospital Expansion
Advised Plenary Health in connection with the expansion of the Casey Hospital.
Puhoi to Warkworth PPP
Advised Acciona Concesiones S.L., Acciona Infrastructure Australia Pty Ltd and Higgins Contractors Limited on their successful bid to provide asset management and maintenance for the Pūhoi to Warkworth Roading PPP as part of the Northern Express Group).
Ravenhall Prison Project
Advised the winning GEO Consortium on the Ravenhall Prison PPP Project, for which we were awarded the 'Advisory Excellence' award at the 2015 National Infrastructure Award.
