Advised Sony on its national anti-piracy campaign of pursuing infringers of PlayStation games and consoles, comprising over 2000 investigations and 120 cases before the Federal Court.

Advised major record companies, including Sony Music Entertainment, on anti-counterfeiting.

Australian Olympic Committee

Provided anti-counterfeiting advice in relation to unlicensed ticket and merchandise vendors in the lead up to the London 2012 Olympics.

Australian Grand Prix Corporation

Coordinated anti-counterfeiting measures during the Australian Formula One Grand Prix and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.

Cricket Australia

Advised on anti-counterfeiting and trade mark enforcement.

Kraft

Acted for Kraft in relation to counterfeit issues associated with the illegal reproduction of t-shirts.

Jim Beam

Advised on issues associated with the manufacture and sale of counterfeit Jim Beam products.

The Decor Corporation

Advised in relation to counterfeit issues and trade mark enforcement associated with its plastics houseware range in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

MGA Entertainment

Advised on all counterfeit issues associated with the importation of counterfeit toys, clothing and other MGA Entertainment products.

Samsung Electronics Australia

Acted in Federal Court proceedings against a company that was importing and selling counterfeit printer cartridges.

Hanesbrand Inc

Advised on anti-counterfeiting measures and trade mark enforcement in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
