Allens' market-leading work on the acquisition of Sydney Airport was last night recognised at the Australasian Law Awards with the transaction winning M&A Deal of the Year.
This is the second year the firm has worked on the M&A Deal of the Year, with the merger of Santos and Oil Search taking out the award in 2022.
